We would like to let you know about a small change taking place at the practice. We are currently moving over to a new automated recall system for routine examination and hygiene appointments.
As with any new system, there may be a short settling-in period. During this time, you might receive a few extra reminders, or some recall may not line up correctly at first. We kindly ask for your patience while we get everything running smoothly, and thank you for bearing with us.
We would also like to gently remind patients that recall reminders are sent as a helpful courtesy. It is still the patient’s responsibility to ensure they book and attend routine examinations and hygiene appointments at the recommended intervals.
Over the coming weeks, a limited number of examination and hygiene appointments will also become available to book online via your patient portal. This is being introduced gradually, so please bear with us as we continue to develop and improve this service.
